Where is my order? 

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email from the distributor, BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed. If you don’t receive an email within a minute or two, check your spam folder.

You can find the books that you purchased directly from me here or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name.

How does the process of buying direct from the author work?

It’s pretty quick and easy! Once you make your purchase, you will get an email with your book link(s). Next, you will choose the type of device you want to read on. Then books will be sent there for you enjoy!

Can I read my purchases on my ereader? 

Absolutely! Bookfunnel gives you the option to send ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is an easy process and instructions are sent along with your purchased book links. If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.
For audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app.

How do I find the series reading order?

The Bluebird Bay series is meant to be read before the Cherry Blossom Point series. Other than that, read any series in any order you like! As for books within a series, the reading order for each can be found on the main menu of my site (https://christinegaelbooks.com/pages/reading-order)

Can I return digital products?

Since they are digital products and as soon as they are emailed to you, we cannot get them back, we do not offer returns on the ebooks or audiobooks.

What do I do if my BookFunnel code has expired?

Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes, or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. All the books you have purchased using that email address will be located there.
